Your data is protected at every step.

• Encryption in Transit: All communication between your device and Glauck's servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (SSL).
• Encryption at Rest: Your audio files, transcripts, and summaries are stored in an encrypted format in our secure cloud database.

We do **not** store, process, or even see your credit card information.

All payments are handled directly by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is a globally trusted payments provider that is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of security certification for payment processing.

You own your Content. We built our system with "Privacy by Design" principles.

• No AI Training: We will never use your audio, transcripts, or summaries to train any AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent.
• Third-Party Processing: When we send your audio to a third-party AI provider for transcription, we do so under strict contractual agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any purpose other than fulfilling our request.

Glauck's services are hosted on secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (e.g., Vercel, AWS) that provides robust protection against common threats and ensures high availability.

You are in control of your data. You can delete individual classes or your entire account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account permanently erases all of your associated Content from our systems.
