We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a simple 7-day refund policy for your first subscription payment, managed by our payment partner, Paddle.

1. 7-Day Refund Window

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for your first subscription payment.

If you subscribe to a paid plan (Plus or Premium) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

All payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

To request a refund, please do one of the following:

  • (Recommended) Find your email receipt from Paddle and click the "Manage Subscription" or "View Order" link. You can often request a refund directly from their portal.
  • Contact us directly at support@glauck.com. Please include the email address you used to sign up so we can find your payment.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription *before* the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle billing portal linked in your account settings or email receipts.

4. Processing Time

Once we issue a refund via Paddle, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your bank account or on your credit card statement.
