If you subscribe to a paid plan (Plus or Premium) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.

All payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
To request a refund, please do one of the following:
- (Recommended) Find your email receipt from Paddle and click the "Manage Subscription" or "View Order" link. You can often request a refund directly from their portal.
- Contact us directly at support@glauck.com. Please include the email address you used to sign up so we can find your payment.

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription *before* the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle billing portal linked in your account settings or email receipts.
